Transformers: Dark of the Moon

Last Saturday night me and my friends went and checked out the third Transformers movie.  We love making a big thing out of going to the movies getting all dressed up and stuff.  One of my friends let me borrow her vintage looking Optimus Prime shirt cause she was gonna wear a diff autobots one.  Me and a gf took a few quick pics before we left.  My self-shot mirror pics need a little practice *rolls eyes* but the others aren’t too bad.  Check them out in the members only blog!

As for the movie, I thought it was awesome.  It was definitely better then the second one.  It seemed like nonstop action for almost the whole second half of the movie.  I loved the snake decepticon scene where it was crushing the building.  It was visually stunning and the story was pretty good too.  I was surprised to see McDreamy Patrick Dempsey playing a bad guy but I thought he played the role really well.  As for the hottie factor, while Megan Fox is plenty hot, I had no problem with them replacing her for the (imo) hotter Rosie Huntington-Whiteley.  She wasn’t a bad actress either for being a Victoria’s Secret model.  Although I could have just been distracted by my naughty thoughts about her. 😉

So, if you haven’t seen it yet, it’s definitely worth watching.

Independence Day!

I hope everyone is having a great 4th of July weekend.  I went out boating yesterday with a big group of friends and had a blast.  We rented two boats and spent the whole day on the lake.  The girls worked on their tans for a bit while the guys waited in line to rub us down, but mostly we just rubbed each other down.  😛

When it started to get dark some of the guys shot off fireworks right from the deck of the boat.  Then two of the really “smart” ones had a roman candle fight from opposite boats.  We ganged up on them and pushed them in the water.  It was so funny, but only because nobody got hurt.

Later us girls thought we’d give the boys a little thrill.  When they weren’t paying attention we pulled off our tops and jumped in the water.  The look on their faces was priceless.  They didn’t get to see much but a little peek when we climbed back on.  I think they were happy with what they saw nevertheless.  😉

I don’t have any pics from the boat to share but had a friend snap a few shots with a snapshot camera (hence the low quality) before we headed out.  That’s the bikini top I wore but hadn’t found the bottoms yet so just took pics in my panties.  The goofy hat was my friend’s idea.  😛
